- Payments confirm acceptance of the scope, timelines, and deliverables agreed upon
- Fees cover professional time, expertise, planning, and operational resources
3. Service Commitment
Once a service is initiated:
- Resources are allocated immediately
- Planning and execution processes commence
- Operational costs are incurred irrespective of project completion stage
As a result, payments are not reversible or transferable.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
- Any request for cancellation or modification must be made in writing
- SPORTITUDE reserves the right to determine feasibility of changes
- Approved changes may involve revised timelines or additional costs
5. Disputes
In the event of a dispute:
- Parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion
- SPORTITUDE’s decision regarding service scope and execution shall be final

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
